The group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, THE 8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) marks its 10th anniversary by teaming up with global streaming service Disney+ to present a documentary series.
On the 15th, agency Pledis Entertainment said SEVENTEEN's new documentary series "SEVENTEEN: OUT CHAPTER" will be first released worldwide on Disney+ on the 7th of next month. The four-part series will reach global viewers with a new episode every Friday.
"SEVENTEEN: OUT CHAPTER" captures SEVENTEEN's honest journey, from the dazzling moments of the "SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR," which drew a combined online and offline audience of about 1,037,000, to the "2025 SVT 9TH FAN MEETING 'SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND'" prepared solely for fans, and the work process for the passionately reborn fifth full-length album "HAPPY BURSTDAY."
The trailer released that day compresses SEVENTEEN's past 10 years, from debuting as a "self-produced group" to rising to become "Super Idol," delivering overwhelming emotion. The members' voices saying "How far can we go" and "for CARAT" tease honest stories from them that have never been heard anywhere else.
SEVENTEEN is meeting fans this year with diverse content for its 10th anniversary. The full version of "NANA bnb with SEVENTEEN," released on global superfans platform Weverse in June, set a new record for media views within the Weverse SEVENTEEN community on its release day. The main program was released domestically through TVING and Disney+ and was also distributed to 78 countries and regions via five overseas platforms.
The team ring ceremony released ahead of the fifth album, "SEVENTEEN NEW RINGS CEREMONY : SEVENTEEN WILL CHALLENGE ETERNITY," captured the members' pledge to challenge eternity and left a lasting impression. The group's own content "Going SEVENTEEN," known as a "K-pop infinite challenge," recently produced its 27th episode to surpass 10 million views, demonstrating consistent newsworthiness.
SEVENTEEN continues its stature as a "global top-tier artist" with the "SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_]" tour. After drawing about 126,600 attendees with just four shows in Incheon and Hong Kong, they moved on to the United States to continue their local tour. The concerts take place starting in Tacoma on the 11th (local time), then Los Angeles on the 16th–17th, Austin on the 21st–22nd, Sunrise on the 26th–27th, and Washington D.C. on the 29th–30th.
