JYP Entertainment boy band Xdinary Heroes (Xdinary Heroes, XH) previewed the full-band synergy contained in their new album.
Xdinary Heroes will release their seventh mini album "LXVE to DEATH" (Love to Death) and the title track "ICU" on Oct. 24 and make a comeback. Earlier, a variety of teaser content such as a mood film, concept photos, and a title-track instrumental film were unveiled, and at noon on the 15th the group's official SNS channels released an instrumental live sampler video that lets listeners preview parts of every track on the new album played with instrument sounds.
In the video, drummer Gunil, keyboardists Jeongsoo and O.de, guitarists Gaon and Jun Han, and bassist Jooyeon played parts of the new album tracks "Lost and Found," "FiRE (My Sweet Misery)," "Ashes to Ashes," "Spoiler!!!," "Love Tug of War," and "LOVE ME 2 DEATH" themselves. They vividly presented each track's atmosphere, from gradually intensifying band sounds to an unabashedly driving dramatic mood, and released dynamic energy by finishing with a group performance of the title track "ICU."
Also, in the instrumental live sampler, the final scene captured the six members lying on top of each other, beginning with member Jun Han sleeping with an oxygen mask, arousing curiosity. Xdinary Heroes, who have expanded their influence with each release through unique group personality and a wide musical spectrum spanning various genres, are drawing attention as fans wonder what music and stories they put into this new release.
Meanwhile, Xdinary Heroes, the "melting pot of genres," who wrote the credits for every track on the new mini album "LXVE to DEATH," will release it at 1 p.m. on the 24th. From Nov. 21 to 23, they will hold three finale performances at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa District, Seoul, marking their first solo appearances there to conclude the world tour Xdinary Heroes "Beautiful Mind" World Tour ("Beautiful Mind").
