Actor Lee Joon-ho will participate in singing the OST for the drama "Typhoon Family".
Cable channel tvN's weekend drama "Typhoon Family" production team said on the 15th that OST Part 2, Lee Joon-ho's "Did You See The Rainbow?", will be released at 6 p.m. on the 19th on various music sites.
"Did You See The Rainbow?" is a soft pop rock song that carries the message "trust the self within me and overcome the trials we face."
Like the lyrics "this story we have clumsily written so far is not the end," it sings hope that if you believe in yourself and do not give up even amid fierce storms, you will surely meet bright light and beautiful things. Lee Joon-ho's characteristically sweet, gentle and pleading vocals deepen the song's resonance.
A former member of second-generation K-pop representative group 2PM who has shown diverse charms in singing and acting, Lee Joon-ho joins the OST following Kim Min-ha, further boosting the drama's immersion and promising a special gift for music fans.
"Typhoon Family" is set during the 1997 IMF period and depicts the struggling coming-of-age story of novice company man Kang Tae-poong (Lee Joon-ho), who becomes the president of a trading company with no employees, no money and nothing to sell. Kim Min-ha plays accounting ace Oh Mi-seon, who will transform into a professional company person alongside Lee Joon-ho.
"Typhoon Family" airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 p.m., and the OST Part 2 featuring Lee Joon-ho, "Did You See The Rainbow?", will be released at 6 p.m. on the 19th, ahead of episode 4.
