Lee Hyori, who is working as "Ananda teacher" at a yoga studio, shared an update on her recent activities.
On the Oct. 14 broadcast of MBC FM4U's Perfect Day with Lee Sang-soon, Lee Hyori appeared as a guest, and she said, "I did yoga again today. I recently switched to dawn classes. I wake up around 5 a.m. and leave the house, and Sang-soon is sleeping so soundly that it annoys me. If I rustle beside him, shouldn't he at least open his eyes?" which drew laughter.
Lee Hyori opened a yoga studio in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, in September. In response, Lee Sang-soon said, "I pretended to be asleep because I thought you might feel uncomfortable. If you're fully awake, wouldn't you feel bad?" and added, "When I saw Hyori, she was quiet and gentle. But I was awake. I felt it again today. Still, I closed my eyes so she wouldn't worry and could leave."
A listener asked, "Shouldn't Sang-soon take Hyori there?" and Lee Hyori agreed, saying, "It's a little dangerous at dawn. It's pitch dark."
Lee Sang-soon also reiterated, "I opposed the dawn classes. Don't do it. Why make it so hard? I told her to go out when it's light in the morning."
Lee Hyori said, "In September I originally only held morning classes, but many people who go to work came," and added, "Many people do yoga before going to work, so I started dawn classes. Seeing people change into their work clothes after yoga and head to work makes me feel energized too. Many people live very diligently. It's not just me; in Seoul there are many teachers who lead dawn yoga. They've kept their place for a long time, and I think that's impressive."
