He continued, "I had no choice but to find a newlywed home after getting married. I liked it. But it rose briefly and then went down. I sold at the purchase price. I held it for 10 years. After I sold, it went up a lot," he said with bitter memories.
From then on, his wife started investing in real estate. Ryu Jin's wife revealed, "I had no choice but to move to Songdo, and because of that experience I was able to make a firm decision.
