A singer Yoon Min-su's ex-wife Kim Min-ji candidly revealed her honest feelings after the divorce.
On the Nov. 12 broadcast of SBS My Little Old Boy, Yoon Min-su and his ex-wife Kim Min-ji appeared together, showing a realistic couple who coolly share their daily lives even after the divorce.
On that day, Yoon Min-su and Kim Min-ji finished packing together ahead of the move. Yoon Min-su confessed, "When we signed the divorce papers it didn't feel real, but as we divided our belongings it really hit me that it was over."
Kim Min-ji went on to honestly say about the changes she felt after the divorce, "There isn't much that's good about being alone, but I like that I don't have to wait. Waiting was very hard for me. It's so freeing not to have to wait for someone."
Kim Min-ji also voiced the expectations she had of Yoon Min-su when they were married, making a bombshell remark that "I thought Yoon Min-su would be like Sean," which drew laughter. When Yoon Min-su asked, "You thought I'd be like Sean hyung?", Kim Min-ji recalled the past, saying, "You were really affectionate when we were dating."
She said, "I remember once on April Fool's Day we fought and I said, 'Let's stop,' and Yoon Min-su picked up my bag and followed me out," adding, "He was truly pure and affectionate back then."
The broadcast also showed how their son Yoon-hu still serves as a link between the two. Kim Min-ji said, "Hoo said, 'You must never change your number,'" and Yoon Min-su responded, "Then let's leave it," respecting their son's opinion.
Their mature attitude of considering each other and fulfilling their responsibilities as parents even after the divorce left viewers with a warm aftertaste.
