Winner's Kang Seung Yoon returns on Nov. 3 with his second solo full-length album.
On the 13th, YG Entertainment posted 'KANG SEUNG YOON – 2nd FULL ALBUM [PAGE 2] RELEASE POSTER' on Winner's official social media. Against a dreamy texture suffused with blue light, faint overlapping lines conveyed a mysterious aftertaste as they announced the comeback.
The album title was revealed along with the release schedule. It is [PAGE 2], suggesting the next chapter after the first full album [PAGE], released in March 2021. It raises expectations for the more mature musical world of solo artist Kang Seung Yoon, presented as a full-length album for the first time in about 4 years and 7 months.
Kang Seung Yoon participated in writing and composing all the tracks on this album, imprinting it with his own voice. YG said, "[PAGE 2] is an album that sincerely contains Kang Seung Yoon's inner stories," and added, "Listeners will be able to feel a broader musical spectrum and deepened sensitivity as a solo artist."
Since debuting with Winner in 2014, Kang Seung Yoon has proven his exceptional producing skills by participating in writing and composing numerous hit songs such as 'REALLY REALLY,' 'LOVE ME LOVE ME' and 'EVERYDAY.' On his first full album [PAGE], released in 2021, he demonstrated his prowess as a solo artist by presenting lyrical yet powerful musical colors, including the title track 'IYAH.'
Meanwhile, reservations for Kang Seung Yoon's second full album [PAGE 2] begin at 11 a.m. that day. Prepared in three versions, the INTRO ver. and OUTRO ver. each include a 96p photobook with different photo shoots, and the BEHIND ver. includes a 44p behind-the-scenes book. In addition, various items such as postcards, selfie photocards, photo tickets and infinity cards are included.
