He opened stacks of piled-up deliveries, and his manager noted that because Jo Seo-hyung insists on using fresh ingredients, quick delivery costs alone amount to 2 million won per month.
Jo Seo-hyung also revealed a 34kg giant octopus. Jo Seo-hyung said, "Ingredient costs are high. That's why both places are establishments that must sell alcohol," he explained.
