The first episode of the tvN weekend drama Typhoon Family, broadcast on the 11th, portrayed Kang Taepung (Lee Junho), leader of the Orange tribe who controls Apgujeong.
Kang Taepung visited a nightclub, danced with friends and instantly dominated the stage. Female fans cheered and were captivated by every entrance and gesture of Kang Taepung.
But Kang Taepung soon confronted Pyo Hyunjin (Moo Jinseong). After a nightclub brawl with Pyo Hyunjin that sent him to the police station, Kang Taepung, having been hit by his father for the first time since he was born, headed to Incheon.
Kang Taepung murmured in the greenhouse that seemed to be his hideout, "Today I was hit by my dad for the first time. He didn't even ask why we fought," then took out a cassette tape. Kang Taepung began dancing while watering the potted plants.
The next day, Kang Taepung received a call from Wang Nammo (Kim Min-seok) and went to the broadcasting station. Wang Nammo, dressed up to the nines, waited for Kang Taepung. Grabbing Kang Taepung's hand and pulling him along, Wang Nammo hurriedly explained, "You have to fill in for someone today. It will be over in 30 minutes."
The program Kang Taepung was supposed to appear on was "I Love You Studio." His appearance drew shouts of "He's handsome." Kang Taepung immediately captured women's hearts with flawless performances ranging from singing to dancing.
