The Nov. 11 broadcast of MBC Omniscient Interfering View (hereinafter Omniscient Interfering View) featured Choi Hong-man and chef Jo Seo-hyung, nicknamed "business genius Inspector Jo."
On that broadcast, Choi Hong-man's life in Jeju was revealed. After finishing his part-time job at a rice cake shop, Choi Hong-man set out to exercise.
Choi Hong-man said, "I exercise no matter what. If I don't, I can't sleep. I'm not retired yet. My body condition is the best it's been in the past 10 years. I want to try competing next year or the year after next."
Before exercising, Choi Hong-man stepped on a scale and after seeing a weight of 160kg said, "That's a lot." He also surprised people by saying, "My body fat was 8% at my peak."
While exercising, Choi Hong-man looked uncomfortable as if he had indigestion. The manager said Choi Hong-man controls his condition by exercising when he doesn't feel well. Choi Hong-man also revealed he once broke equipment while exercising. He easily lifted Yang Se-hyung and Yoo Byung-jae, drawing admiration.
