Actress Uhm Ji-won, who took the stage as the presenter of the 'BIFMecenat Award,' appeared as the Secretaries' second "My star," and upon taking over Uhm Ji-won's car, she said, "The car is luxurious." Uhm Ji-won said, "You tie hair well; you've tried it before." Lee Seo-jin explained, "I also grew my hair long at one point," saying he had tied his hair during historical drama days.
The Busan International Film Festival, which celebrated its 30th anniversary, finally began. On the day of the awards ceremony, Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu, who are used to the red carpet as actors, found themselves in the Secretaries looking up to only their "My star" Uhm Ji-won amid the dazzling lights and backstage.
They even checked the actor's movements personally. Next, they headed to the lodging where Uhm Ji-won was staying, and Lee Seo-jin showed attentive care, even spreading peanut butter on bread for her. Lee Seo-jin also sweetly brushed a hair on her face saying, "It got on your hair." Then Kim Kwang-kyu jealously exclaimed, "Why do you keep trying to shoot melodrama scenes?" which caused uproarious laughter.
The Secretaries breaks away from the conventional talk show format; it is a real roadshow-style variety program that follows a star's day to reveal their bare face and inner thoughts.
