Pop star Billie Eilish suffered a dizzying accident when a fan grabbed her and pulled her down during a performance. The scene quickly turned chaotic, but she soon continued the show with a professional demeanor, earning praise from fans.
On the 10th local time, during the first show of the "Hit Me Hard and Soft" tour held in Miami, U.S., 23-year-old Grammy winner Billie Eilish was walking around the audience and exchanging high fives with fans when a fan forcefully grabbed her arm and pulled her down.
In video released on social media, Billie smiled as she interacted with the audience when suddenly her arm was grabbed and she was pulled to the floor in an instant.
At the scene, security guards immediately rushed in amid screams to restrain the crowd and protect her.
But Billie got up from her seat in just a few seconds, shook her head, and continued the show as if nothing had happened. Even as she fell she did not drop the microphone and kept performing, showing the stage focus befitting the "queen of live." Local media reported that "Billie did not lose her composure even in a shocking situation" and called it "a truly professional stage attitude."
In footage shot from another angle, a male fan pulling Billie's arm was captured more clearly. It was also confirmed that a security guard then forcefully shoved the fan back into the crowd.
Fortunately, Billie does not appear to have sustained serious injuries, and her agency has not yet issued an official statement.
This incident drew even more attention because it occurred after Billie recently publicly acknowledged a romantic relationship. In June, she acknowledged the relationship after affectionate kissing photos with actor Nat Wolff were released in Venice, Italy. The two are reported to have become real-life partners after playing lovers in the music video "Chihiro."<
