'I Live Alone' Minho boasted an incredible amount of body fat.
On the Oct. 10 broadcast of MBC variety show 'I Live Alone' (hereafter 'I Live Alone'), SHINee Minho was shown spending a "favorite's day."
That day, Minho took a bus to Hyehwa Daehak-ro and visited his favorite cafe. After ordering ssanghwatang, iced coffee and cake, he took a seat to one side.
When the ordered dessert, coffee and drink arrived, Minho devoured them, and seeing this Jun Hyun-moo said, "Because you exercise, you just eat without restraint."
Then Minho said, "I measured my body composition today. I don't follow a diet, but my body fat was 4kg. I was surprised too." A startled Kian84 said, "Four kilograms is bodybuilder level, and that's the kind of body for competition day," and Cocoon also marveled, "I've never seen 4kg around me. There's only bone."
On the other hand, Ki joked, "Isn't it just shell? This one is originally an empty rice cake," drawing laughter.<
