The group ILLIT's music video for "little monster" won a silver award at Germany's 2025 Ciclope Awards (CICLOPE Awards).
According to the list of winners announced by the Ciclope Awards on the 9th (local time), ILLIT (Yoona, Minju, Moka, Wonhee, Iroha)'s music video for "little monster," a track from their mini 3rd album bomb released in June, received the silver award in the music video category's production design (PRODUCTION DESIGN) institutional sector at the ceremony.
The Ciclope Awards are presented by the Ciclope Festival (CICLOPE Festival), an international film festival that began in 2010, and are recognized for their authority in advertising and video production. Among about 1,800 entries this year, the "little monster" music video was selected as a winner for its high visual completeness and artistic quality.
The "little monster" music video, which presents a reinterpreted magical girl story by ILLIT with inventive direction and a stylish atmosphere, received praise when it was released. Its unique shooting method, using detailed props and miniature sets, added to the viewing pleasure. The message — to awaken and reclaim the magic that had been sleeping inside oneself and move forward — offered warm comfort and courage to viewers. The video was a collaboration between two directors influential in the global advertising world: creative director Toshihiko Tanabe and film director Show Yanagisawa.
Meanwhile, ILLIT will return with a new album in November. They will also hold the fan concert "2025 ILLIT GLITTER DAY ENCORE" for two days on Nov. 8-9 at Olympic Hall, Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul, meeting GLLIT (Glit, the fandom name). All seats for this performance sold out on the pre-sale opening day, proving ILLIT's ticket power.
