"Dynamite Kiss" Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-jin's dopamine-exploding romance begins.
The new SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama Dynamite Kiss, which premieres at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12 (written by Ha Yoon-ah and Tae Kyung-min / directed by Kim Jae-hyun and Kim Hyun-woo / produced by Samhwa Networks, Studio S), is a mutual, aching romance between a single woman who disguises herself as a mother to make a living and the head of team who falls in love with her. Director Kim Jae-hyun of Thousand-Won Lawyer and writers Ha Yoon-ah, known for Twin Peaks Bar and Now, Showtime!, and Tae Kyung-min have joined forces to herald the return of the SBS weekday romance drama phenomenon.
Chemistry between the male and female leads is a must for a romance drama to succeed. How well the leads match and how thrilling their interactions are determine how immersed viewers become in the on-screen love story. From that perspective, Dynamite Kiss, which pairs 2025's hot actors Jang Ki-yong (playing Gong Ji-hyeok) and Ahn Eun-jin (playing Go Da-rim), raises expectations that it meets every condition for a successful romance drama.
