"K-pop's leading coed group" KARD divides into "global Hangul announcers".
KARD(BM, J.seph, Jeon Somin, Jeon Jiwoo) appeared on the Korean beginner education program "Dive into Korean," which premiered today (10th).
"Dive into Korean" is a Korean beginner education program produced in cooperation with King Sejong Institute Foundation (KSIF) and Arirang International Broadcasting, and it is tailored content for foreign learners entering the beginner stage of Korean. Riding the enthusiasm generated by "K-Pop Demon Hunters," which became one of Netflix's most-watched shows, it was produced with a focus on expanding the base of Korean language learners by conveying the value and appeal of Hangul and the Korean language to global viewers.
In this program, KARD learns and experiences Korean on site with experts each episode alongside actual foreign learners such as outstanding learners from the King Sejong Institute. They plan to naturally raise motivation to learn Hangul by taking the lead in communication with fans around the world. Building on KARD's global influence, the show completes a high-quality program that goes beyond simple language education to encompass cultural backgrounds, and further presents a distinctive charm through "Dive into Korean."
KARD is smoothly sailing on their world tour "DRIFT," which starts in Seoul and continues to Thailand, the Americas and Australia. In addition, member BM has announced the release of his second EP "PO:INT" on the 20th, and through various activities they are flaunting their global presence as a "leading coed K-pop group."
