Starship's rookie group IDID transformed into flower grooms and gave global K-pop fans a special Chuseok.
IDID (Jang Yonghun, Kim Minjae, Park Wonbin, Chu Yuchan, Park Sunghyun, Baek Junhyuk, Jeong Semin) recently released a Chuseok version practice video for "I did it my way" on their official YouTube channel IDID. The members dressed in fine hanbok in IDID's signature ice blue color and showcased nationally treasured refreshing visuals that captured attention.
Standing side by side in the practice room, the IDID members lightly warmed up to the song playing through the speakers and raised the energy for the dance. When the intro of "I did it my way" began, their bodies reacted instantly, aligning into formation in unison, and IDID's focused immersion in the dance drew admiration.
Despite wearing layered hanbok and traditional shoes that restrict movement, IDID perfectly executed sharp, synchronized choreography without a hint of disorder. The chants that erupted between choreography sections heightened the festive dance atmosphere, and they completed a perfect ending with a performance reminiscent of ganggangsullae. After striking the ending pose, a witty greeting naturally led into the "eolsu" dance, further stirring excitement.
Global K-pop fans who saw IDID's Chuseok version practice video for "I did it my way" were moved by the sincere effort of IDID and their agency Starship, which continuously produced and released content throughout the long Chuseok holiday. Fans left enthusiastic comments such as "So proud they danced in hanbok," "Well watched, young masters~," "Praise IDID for working hard~," "Happy Chuseok," and "Recognize Starship Gamdasal."
