'Hangnim, what are you doing?' Haha, Joo Woo-jae and Lee Yi-kyung are joined by unpredictable family guests who will make their trip richer.
The second episode, airing on the 9th, of MBC's Chuseok special entertainment program 'Hangnim, what are you doing?' (directed by Kim Jin-yong, Lee Joo-won, An Ji-seon, Bang Seong-su; writer No Min-seon) depicts Haha, Joo Woo-jae and Lee Yi-kyung starting the second day of their trip in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
After spending the previous night together and growing closer, the three men encounter unexpected guests at every turn of the trip. While stopping at a café, the three men run into a couple(?) showing affection, and a familiar silhouette seen somewhere catches their attention. Laughter bursts out as soon as the three men see them; curiosity grows about who the unusually quick-witted guests are and anticipation builds for the pleasant reunion.
While traveling with them, Haha draws attention as he sits in the back seat of the car wiping tears. He burst into tears at the family story told by guest sister 1, letting out a 'bbueng'. As the car turns into a sea of tears, only Joo Woo-jae, the "capital T," is unable to cry and quietly hands a tissue to the sister. Attention focuses on sister 1's story that moved everyone.
Another pair of guests who appear next are blood relatives, a "real family," showing remarkable chemistry. Among them, guest sister 2 and Lee Yi-kyung, who meets her for the first time, kindly and attentively takes care of her food and immediately wins sister 2's heart. Sister 2, who is very fond of Lee Yi-kyung, says, "I took your picture. You're such a great kid," and showers him with praise. In response, Joo Woo-jae steps up as a life-shot creator who takes slim-looking photos, and attention centers on the exploits of Lee Yi-kyung and Joo Woo-jae, who captured sister 2's heart.
The final family guest to appear is sister 3, who knows about Joo Woo-jae's drunken past(?), piquing curiosity. Who is sister 3, who embarrasses Joo Woo-jae by saying, "Don't you remember?" MBC's 'Hangnim, what are you doing?' episode 2, promising abundant laughter and fun with warm family guests fitting for the nation's major holiday Chuseok, airs on Thursday, Oct. 9, at 8:10 p.m.
Meanwhile, 'Hangnim, what are you doing?' is a Chuseok special spinoff of MBC's flagship variety show 'How Do You Play?' that follows the self-styled 1-night, 2-day road trip of the three mismatched men Haha, Joo Woo-jae and Lee Yi-kyung.
