Group Ahof (AHOF) Zeon gilded the Chuseok holiday in gold.
Zeon appeared on MBC's 2025 Chuseok special Idol Star Athletics Championships (hereinafter "ISAC"), broadcast on the 8th, and hung a gold medal around their neck.
On that day, Zeon challenged the mixed team pistol shooting event. Pistol shooting was newly added to ISAC to mark its 15th anniversary. Zeon competed as a member of the Rookies team specially formed for this year's ISAC and showcased overwhelming skill.
Taking the third spot in the semifinals, Zeon faced Kiki Jiyu of the Starship team. Under the pressure of being the first male-female matchup, Zeon displayed steady posture and concentration and delivered a tense, exciting match.
In the final, they turned around a deadlocked situation. Zeon, who had been called a "practice bug" by the commentators and received high expectations, proved it: out of five shots, Zeon scored 8 points or higher four times, playing a key role in driving the team to victory.
Wearing the gold medal, Zeon said, "It was my first time so I was very nervous, but thanks to everyone's support I was able to do well," expressing joyful feelings.
In addition, Steven and Cha Woong-gi showed hot passion and competitiveness in the men's 60m track, and Seo Jeong-woo, Park Han and Park Joo-won made an impression on viewers with their enthusiasm during the penalty shootout.
Ahof (AHOF) is a group that claimed the "monster rookie" title upon debut. With their first mini album WHO WE ARE (Who We Are), they achieved notable results such as ranking 5th in first-week sales for a boy group debut album and winning three music show trophies.
On Aug. 30, they successfully completed their debut fan concert in the Philippines. Ahof (AHOF) drew about 10,000 attendees during the performance, proving their remarkable global popularity. <
