On Thursday the 9th at 9:20 p.m., Channel S and SK Broadband co-production "The Taste Musketeers" continues its delightful culinary journey in Hanoi, Vietnam. That day the three head to Hanoi's steak street for Yeon Woo-jin, who is nicknamed "Meat Yeon" and is known as a "meat enthusiast." Here the three embark on their third "steak mission," following Florence, Italy, and Fukuoka, Japan. In the "three-country culinary showdown," where they directly compare steaks from each country, anticipation is high over whether Vietnamese-style steak can capture the tastes of the walkers.
At that moment Yeon Woo-jin's shocking confession erupts, leaving everyone aghast. The restaurant they arrive at on a local recommendation is a Vietnamese teppan steak specialty restaurant frequented by local families and couples. When Yeon Woo-jin showed off his "meat pride" by saying, "Dating is steak~," Kwon Yul teasingly asks, "So that's why you like steak?"
Without hesitation, Yeon Woo-jin drops a bombshell: "That's right. I'm addicted to dating. Don't you all date?" which stirs the scene. A startled Kwon Yul draws a line by saying, "I dated, but I wasn't an addict," and Lee Jung-shin cautiously predicts, "I think an article titled 'Yeon Woo-jin dating addict' will come out."
Afterward, the three head to Phan Ke Binh Street, nicknamed the "Itaewon in Vietnam." Surrounded by restaurants from various countries, the menu the three choose is surprisingly "pizza." Excited, Kwon Yul says, "We ate authentic pizza in Italy, so it will be fun to compare," and Lee Jung-shin shows interest, saying, "You never know. This might be better."
But Yeon Woo-jin raises his pride, laughing, "We are people who ate the real thing!" Shortly after, the three arrive at a Neapolitan-style pizza specialty restaurant picked by Lee Jung-shin. They are recommended an unfamiliar menu by a staff member called "pho pizza" and cannot hide their bewilderment.
