Actor Sunwoo Yong-yeo revealed an anecdote about Jeon Won-ju nearly being scammed.
On the 8th, the YouTube channel "Sunpung Sunwoo Yong-yeo" uploaded a video titled "Park Young-gyu married four times! Telling his mother-in-law Sunwoo Yong-yeo his true feelings for the first time (Sunpung Obstetrics and Gynecology reunion)."
That day Sunwoo Yong-yeo spent time meeting the cast of "Sunpung Obstetrics and Gynecology" for the first time in 25 years. While waiting to shoot, Sunwoo Yong-yeo, ahead of the reunion, recounted a past incident in which Jeon Won-ju had been scammed, drawing attention.
Sunwoo Yong-yeo recalled, "Specials come out day and night. Watching how the actors live, they all seemed to have been scammed and were in dire straits. If I remember correctly, a man called Jeon Won-ju and said that if she bought it for 150 million won, that land would become 300 million won."
She continued, "So I told her, 'If he's going to do that, wouldn't he do it with his own relatives instead of you?' Jeon Won-ju said, 'Oh my, Yong-yeo says don't buy it.' Later I saw that she had given 100 million won. I called the (scammer). I said, '80 million of the 100 million won is mine; if you don't give it back you know what'll happen.' He took 80 million won and I didn't get the remaining 20 million won," she explained.
She went on to say, "So the late Yeo Woon-gye used to say, 'Yong-yeo looks like she'd fall for things easily, but she never does,'" and said she would never be taken in by a scam.
