MBN Wednesday-Thursday miniseries "First Lady" stars Yujin and Ji Hyun-woo were spotted in a "fateful pojangmacha two-shot" scene that foreshadowed the narrative of a presidential victory 20 years earlier.
MBN Wednesday-Thursday miniseries "First Lady" (writer Kim Hyung-wan, director Lee Ho-hyun, produced by Studio Gidam Co., Ltd., Artist Studio Co., Ltd., Roadshow Plus Co., Ltd.) has continued its strong performance, ranking No. 2 in Netflix's "Today's Korea TOP 10 series" category from its first broadcast and entering the TOP 10 as of the 6th (Mon). TV buzz analysis firm Good Data Corporation reported that in the fourth week of September its "drama TV-OTT search responses" list placed the series at No. 8, and "First Lady characters" ranked in the drama search issue keywords top three, proving its buzzworthiness.
In the previous broadcast, Cha Soo-yeon (played by Yujin) recalled 2008, when she first met Hyun Min-chul (played by Ji Hyun-woo), then tore up the divorce papers while declaring all-out war, saying, "There's one thing you forgot. I'm better at ruining things than that," heightening the tension.
Relatedly, in episode 5 of "First Lady," which will air on the 8th (Wed), Yujin and the former factory worker Ji Hyun-woo take steps together as political partners in a "fateful moment" that draws attention.
