Lee Chan-won further heated up his comeback by releasing additional concept photos for his second full-length album Chan-ran (燦爛) on his official SNS on the 1st and 6th.
In the third concept photo released on the 1st, Lee Chan-won layered a shirt and a knit to convey a soft sensibility. Capturing attention with a relaxed atmosphere soaked in warm sunlight and nature, Lee Chan-won conveyed his unique warm visuals and affectionate warmth with a gentle smile and languid gaze amid dense greenery.
In the fourth concept photo released on the 6th, he completed a vintage autumn sensibility by matching a brown jacket and tie with muted-tone tracker jackets against the backdrop of an old amusement park and a carousel. Evoking nostalgia like a scene from an old memory, it drew attention with a distinctive atmosphere where pure boyish charm and mature masculinity intersect.
The second full-length album Chan-ran (燦爛) contains 12 tracks, including the title track Today for Some Reason, Fallen like leaves you and I, First love, Mother's spring day, My long journey, and Shining star. Lee Chan-won will cover a variety of genres from pop-style country music to ballads, eurodance, soft rock and jazz, delivering messages of comfort and confession, memories and hope with his warm voice. Domestic leading producers including Jo Young-soo, Roy Kim, Kim Eana, Rocoberry, Lee Yoo-jin, Han Gil, Five Talents, and Lee Gyu-hyung also participated to enhance the album's completeness.
After previously releasing various teasing content such as concept photos and the tracklist, Lee Chan-won communicated even more closely with fans through the "Random Mission" content released on the 3rd. "Random Mission" is content that randomly selects promotion missions for the album and completes them within a time limit; if failed, a short-form challenge mission is imposed during the music show period. For the first mission he chose "music show ending fairy," and Lee Chan-won said he would determine the actual ending pose by drawing from the top five fan comments by number of likes, further raising expectations for his comeback with a special promotion.
