Koyote member Baekga once again explained his stance on Shinji's marriage.
Earlier, Baekga recently appeared on MBC's Radio Star and spoke about his attitude in the meeting-with-family YouTube video with Shinji and Moonwon. In the video that sparked controversy and attention at the time, most people inferred that Baekga, who treats Shinji like family, looked quite conflicted, and Baekga had also briefly left his seat saying he would go to the restroom.
Regarding this, Baekga said, "I went to the restroom because I couldn't sort out my emotions, but friends kept asking at the drinking gathering, 'Aren't you going to the restroom?'" and added, "So now every time I go to the restroom it's uncomfortable," drawing attention.
Meanwhile, Baekga again revealed his feelings, saying, "That shouldn't happen. Once Shinji announced her marriage, many people should bless her, give her love, and support her, and Shinji should be able to say to many people, 'Thank you for blessing and supporting us, we'll live well,' but people reacted like, 'Let's wait and see what happens to you.' That attitude upsets me and hurts my heart."
Meanwhile, Shinji drew attention last month when she announced her marriage to singer Moonwon, who is seven years younger. At the time she was congratulated, but controversy arose when she released the meeting-with-family with members Kim Jong-min and Baekga on her YouTube channel.
