The group P1Harmony's English album "EX" debuted in the top 10 for the first time, ranking ninth on Billboard's main album chart, the "Billboard 200."
On the 5th (local time), Billboard's Oct. 11 chart preview article posted on its website said that P1Harmony (Kiho, Theo, Jiung, Intak, Soul, Jongsup)'s "EX," released on the 26th of last month, debuted at No. 9 on the "Billboard 200." This is P1Harmony's highest ranking on the "Billboard 200" and marks the group's first entry into the chart's top 10. It also placed No. 2 on the Top Album Sales chart.
Earlier, P1Harmony first entered the "Billboard 200" with mini album 6 "HARMONY : ALL IN" and subsequently charted high with four consecutive releases, including full album 1 "때깔 (Killin' It)", mini album 7 "SAD SONG", and mini album 8 "DUH!" released in May this year. With "EX," they achieved their personal best at No. 9, surpassing "SAD SONG"'s No. 16 and writing a new chapter in the group's history.
"EX" is an album P1Harmony released targeting the North American market. Hello82, which has handled the U.S. market through a label partnership, took charge of production this time as well, and every track on the album is in English and Spanish for North American fans. P1Harmony, which has shown a high level of participation throughout each album's production process and built the group's identity, participated in most of the songs on "EX" and for the first time listed themselves as creative producers, solidifying the team's color.
P1Harmony, currently conducting their third world tour, "2025 P1Harmony LIVE TOUR 'P1ustage H : MOST WANTED'", began their North American tour on the 27th of last month and have been meeting local fans. Linking the tour with the release of "EX," P1Harmony carried out various local promotions and recorded a "career high" on the charts, achieving meaningful results in the global market.
