Park Ji-yoon and Choi Dong-seok met as KBS announcer colleagues. They married in 2009 and had one son and one daughter. However, they faced a breakup in 2023 after 14 years of marriage and divorced last year. Since then, custody and parental rights were granted to Park Ji-yoon. Choi Dong-seok meets the children through supervised visitation.
