Cheerleader Kim Hanna is retiring.
4th Kim Hanna's husband and head cheerleader Kim Jeong-seok announced her official retirement as a cheerleader on social media, saying, "Hanna, today you finished your last performance on the field. Wherever you are, you always shone brightest, and the sight of you standing beautifully on the stage will remain in my heart for a long time."
Kim Jeong-seok said, "During the countless games and stages, there were probably tears hidden behind your smiles, and many days when you endured pain," adding, "But watching you always cheer for the team with a bright smile and bring happiness to the fans made me proud and taught me many things. And at the same time, being able to be by your side for that was a great fortune for me."
He continued, "Although cheerleader Kim Hanna's last performance has ended, to me she is forever "the best cheerleader." I know better than anyone how much you worked, how hard and passionately you lived."
Kim Jeong-seok said, "It's okay to cry as much as you want. Because you lived splendidly for 15 years... because you were always sincere to your supporters and fans... I am so proud of you for beautifully finishing those precious moments."
Kim Jeong-seok also said, "And above all, thank you for deciding to marry me and for taking my hand to live together as you closed such a precious chapter of work and memories. Now I will be your steadfast head cheerleader and walk beside you."
In response, Kim Hanna commented herself, "Hing.. making me cry on the train.. thank you love my steady, eternal ally."
Born in 1990, Kim Hanna began her cheerleading career in 2011 and has performed as a cheerleader for Kiwoom Heroes, KIA Tigers, Anyang Jung Kwan Jang Red Boosters, Bucheon Hana Bank, Suwon Korea Electric Power Corporation Big Storm, and Suwon Hyundai E&C Hillstate.
Kim Hanna married head cheerleader Kim Jeong-seok on the 13th of last month. Head cheerleader Kim Jeong-seok, born in 1993 and three years younger than Kim Hanna, started with Wonju DB Promy in 2018, served as head cheerleader for the LG Twins, and is currently active with Suwon FC and Suwon KT Sonicboom, among others.
