The group WJSN (WJSN) sent warm greetings for Chuseok.
WJSN shared a group hanbok photo of the members together on their official SNS on the 4th and delivered Chuseok greetings. In the released photos the members wore different pastel-toned hanboks, showing a graceful atmosphere and opening a bright Chuseok holiday with their diverse visuals.
WJSN, through their agency Starship Entertainment, said "벌써 2025년 추석이 다가왔다니, 시간이 정말 빠른 것 같다. 올해 각자의 자리에서 열심히 달려오신 모든 분들 너무 고생 많으셨다. 이번 추석에는 치열했던 일상을 잠시 뒤로 하고, 가족, 친구들과 맛있는 것도 나눠 먹고, 힐링하면서 재충전의 시간을 가지셨으면 좋겠다.
They added, "Also, thanks to the support of our Ujung (official fan club name), WJSN members had another year of diverse activities and experienced happy and rewarding times. We always want to say we are so grateful and love you, and we will become WJSN that can show many better sides. Ujung, we ujung you!"
Debuting in 2016 with "MoMoMo," WJSN has already passed its ninth anniversary. Through many hit songs such as "Iruri," "UNNATURAL," and "To Reach You," they established their presence and captivated domestic and international fans with a distinctive worldview and concept. In particular, "Iruri," notable for its hopeful melody and lyrics, has been loved as "the first song of the new year," topping major domestic real-time music charts for six consecutive years through Jan. 1 of this year.
WJSN has broadened its activities beyond music into acting, variety shows, and musicals, solidifying its position as a "versatile entertainer" group. Chusojeong (WJSN Exy) proved stable acting in the tvN Monday-Tuesday drama The Divorce Insurance, which began airing in March, secured a role in the global project film The Haunted Palace scheduled to open next year, and SeolA held her first solo fan meeting in June and has continued her activities on various overseas stages including Japan and China. Kim Ji-yeon (WJSN Bona) starred in the recently concluded SBS Monday-Tuesday drama The Haunted Palace in June, demonstrating a limitless spectrum, and is set to join the drama Internalers.
Subin, after the musical Burn the Witch, was cast in Marlee and has been showing a range of performances, and Son Joo-yeon (WJSN Eunseo) solidified her position as an actress by succeeding in a new challenge with the recently released film Gwishi. Yeoreum was also cast in the film Teacher's Practice, scheduled to open this year, raising expectations.
Meanwhile, Dayoung achieved a successful solo debut by sweeping domestic major music charts, including a music show win, with the title track "body" from "gonna love me, right?" released on the 9th of last month, and Yeon-jeong successfully completed the musical Frida and will star in the Broadway musical Sugar, which is scheduled to open in December.
Thus, after group activities and through continuous personal challenges, WJSN, which has maintained a dazzling trajectory, plans to meet fans in the second half of the year through various activities.
