"Bon Appetit, Your Majesty" lead actors confessed to post-shooting aftereffects.
On the April 4 broadcast of tvN "Bon Appetit, Your Majesty special: no abdication," the lead actors of "Bon Appetit, Your Majesty" — Im Yoon-ah (playing Yeon Ji-young), Lee Chae-min (playing Yi Heon), Kang Han-na (playing Kang Mok-ju), Oh Eui-sik (playing Im Song-jae) and Lee Ju-an (playing Gong Gil) — shared updates on their lives.
That day Kang Han-na, when asked about post-shooting aftereffects, said, "Because I wore a wig, my throat is still not well. It looks compact, but it's actually quite long and fairly heavy," and Oh Eui-sik confessed that the summer days of shooting were particularly hot, saying, "When I come to Seoul during shooting it's not that hot. Because I'm wearing a short-sleeve shirt and shorts."
Lee Chae-min drew attention by saying, "In episodes 11 and 12 I used my voice so much that I developed vocal cord nodules, and my airways have continuously weakened so I catch colds easily. I'm continuing to manage it."
Im Yoon-ah sympathized, saying, "I really did a lot of screaming acting to the point I couldn't produce my real voice," and Oh Eui-sik joked, "It must have been hard but he didn't show it. But in the final week it showed a bit. Still, during shooting he wouldn't reveal it and only showed it in front of me."
Lee Ju-an added laughter by saying, "When I eat with friends, my friends always tell me 'show gratitude.'"
