Actor Jeon Hye-bin suffered a card theft while traveling in Bali, Indonesia, incurring financial losses of about 15 million won, and the fallout is growing. With local media reporting and it spreading as "Bali news," Jeon Hye-bin personally shared an update to reassure fans.
On the 3rd, through her personal SNS story she said, "We received many worried messages. With the help of the kind and righteous Bali police officers, we completed the investigation safely, and we arrived at our next destination last night."
She especially said, "I feel sorry that the news became big even within Bali and may have a bad effect on the image of this beautiful place," showing concern for the region's image first, which drew attention.
Earlier, Jeon Hye-bin revealed that her card was stolen during the trip and that 15 million won was charged in just 10 minutes, shocking many. She said, "This happened within 10 minutes of losing it. People in downtown Ubud and those who will travel there soon, please be careful," and posted a map capture along with the payment details to raise awareness.
