The big data analysis of entertainment broadcasters' brand reputation for October 2025 ranked Yoo Jae-seok first, Kang Ho-dong second and Shin Dong-yup third.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 70,803,094 pieces of brand big data for 50 entertainment broadcasters from Sept. 4, 2025, to Oct. 4, 2025, measuring consumers' entertainment broadcaster brand participation, media volume, consumer engagement and communication, and conversation volume on social platforms. Compared with 77,337,436 pieces of entertainment broadcaster brand big data in Sept., it decreased by 8.45%.
The brand reputation index is an indicator derived by extracting brand big data and performing consumer behavior analysis, classifying into participation value, communication value, media value and social value, and applying weights. In the entertainment broadcaster brand reputation index, it was analyzed as participation index, media index, communication index and community index. It also included brand monitor analysis, which analyzes consumers' positive and negative reactions, and brand value evaluation, which analyzes the relationship with consumers.
The top 30 of the October 2025 entertainment broadcaster brand reputation ranking were Yoo Jae-seok, Kang Ho-dong, Shin Dong-yup, Kim Jong-kook, Jun Hyun-moo, Kim Sook, Cho Sae-ho, Seo Jang-hoon, Lee Sang-min, Tak Jae-hoon, Kim Jun-ho, Lee Kyung-kyu, Lee Su-ji, Kim Hee-chul, Kim Jong-min, Ahn Jung-hwan, Kim Won-hoon, Defconn, Lee Young-ja, Park Na-rae, Kim Shin-young, Jeong Hyung Don, Lee Sugeun, Kim Gu-ra, Yang Se-chan, Yoon Jeong-soo, Yoo Byung-jae, Kim Dong-hyun, Haha, Kim Young-chul.
Yoo Jae-seok, who ranked first in entertainment broadcaster brand reputation, had a participation index of 273,774, media index of 622,834, communication index of 2,428,139 and community index of 2,731,329, resulting in a brand reputation index of 6,056,076. Compared with the brand reputation index of 7,558,454 in Sept., it fell 19.88%.
Kang Ho-dong, ranked second, had a participation index of 184,320, media index of 572,098, communication index of 1,783,997 and community index of 1,112,681, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,653,096. Compared with the brand reputation index of 1,869,685 in Sept., it rose 95.39%.
Shin Dong-yup, ranked third, had a participation index of 114,503, media index of 257,640, communication index of 1,200,573 and community index of 1,835,046, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,407,763. Compared with the brand reputation index of 2,413,660 in Sept., it rose 41.19%.
Kim Jong-kook, ranked fourth, had a participation index of 435,544, media index of 563,935, communication index of 1,001,611 and community index of 1,367,288, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,368,378. Compared with the brand reputation index of 8,085,694 in Sept., it fell 58.34%.
Jun Hyun-moo, ranked fifth, had a participation index of 172,422, media index of 401,949, communication index of 922,929 and community index of 916,332, resulting in a brand reputation index of 2,413,633. Compared with the brand reputation index of 1,647,242 in Sept., it rose 46.53%.
Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, said the big data analysis of entertainment broadcasters' brand reputation for October 2025 found Yoo Jae-seok ranked first. Analyzing the entertainment broadcaster brand category, compared with 77,337,436 pieces of entertainment broadcaster brand big data in Sept., it decreased by 8.45%. In detailed analysis, brand consumption fell 32.91%, brand issues fell 24.62%, brand communication fell 4.03% and brand diffusion rose 0.32%.
He added that link analysis of Yoo Jae-seok, who ranked first in entertainment broadcaster brand reputation for October 2025, showed high associations with "talk," "steady" and "donate," and keyword analysis showed high rankings for "Running Man," "Tteundteund" and "Hangout with Yoo." The positive-negative ratio analysis for the Yoo Jae-seok brand showed a positive ratio of 93.02%.
