The released video shows a middle-aged man collapsed on the roadside and an intoxicated person on top of him inflicting harm. In another video, passersby who witnessed the situation were seen restraining the intoxicated person, drawing attention.
The poster explained that the man in the gray jacket in the video is Sun Heng-wei. The person, together with another passerby, forced the intoxicated person to the ground and used his body to prevent him from causing further trouble.
