Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu became comedian Lee Su-ji's managers and followed her closely for a day. The two received handover instructions from the actual manager. They made viewers laugh by mentioning tongue coating care and that finger food is needed. They also added that they should manage sweat on the armpits and back.
The two finally met Lee Su-ji. At that moment Lee Seo-jin said, "Haven't we met before?" and said they had met during a KBS Gag Concert recording. He said they met on "Eoseo-opshow." A video of the two's actual first meeting was also released. Lee Su-ji joked, "Sorry, I thought you were an older brother I met briefly," and Lee Seo-jin replied, "That could be," to which Lee Su-ji responded, "But you look the same," expressing her pleasure.
"Secretaries" breaks away from the traditional talk show format and is a real road-show type variety program that spends a star's day with them to reveal their bare face and inner thoughts.
