Singer and actress Suzy revealed her body-management secrets.
On the 3rd, a video titled "What on earth are we going to do with this girl talk, seriously" was posted on the YouTube channel "Hyeri"'s "Hyel's Club".
That day Hyeri asked, "I was going through Suzy's SNS again and saw she was doing ballet." Suzy said, "It's a little awkward to say I do ballet. (For now) it just feels like stretching in a ballet studio, because they call it "hobby ballet," so they call it 취발러," she confessed.
Upon hearing this, Lee Joo-young said, "I thought she was swearing," and was surprised.
Suzy added, "I actually went for it partly as exercise because someone recommended it, and I had so much fun. Also, the ballet outfits are so pretty and they seem to suit me," and explained, "Sorry to my personal trainer, but ballet is much more fun than PT. It has a relaxing feeling."
Hyeri then asked about her healing methods. Suzy answered, "I like eating and I like driving."
Hyeri asked, "How do you maintain it?" asking for her body-management secrets, and Suzy said, "To be honest, I don't follow any diet, but I try to eat a little," while glancing at her manager. Hyeri teased, "You lied, didn't you."
Suzy changed her words to, "I like eating and I try to exercise a lot," but Hyeri laughed and remarked, "You lied again."
When asked about her own skincare secrets, Suzy confessed, "I do face masks but I tend to put in effort. Still, there are times I really want to indulge. My indulgence is just falling asleep."
When Lee Joo-young asked, "Haven't you often just fallen asleep after drinking?" Suzy replied, "These days I don't drink that much. I control myself. When I was younger I couldn't regulate it, but now I know myself so I don't go that far. Often I'm too lazy to wash up. I ask myself again and question myself."
She added with a laugh, "Then it's a choice of 'Do I remove it now? Will my skin be worse tomorrow?' If I can handle it I don't remove it and just sleep, but these days I always lose."
