Actor Doyu delivered a powerful presence by perfectly portraying the ruthless aspects of a person in power in the drama "First Lady."
Doyu left a strong impression on viewers by intricately depicting a cold, calculating character in episode 4 of the MBN Wednesday-Thursday miniseries "First Lady," which aired on the 2nd (Thursday).
In that episode, Doyu first appeared as Cha Jeong-yeon (played by Doyu), the chairwoman of Haseong High School attended by Cha Soo-yeon (played by Yoo Jin)'s daughter Hyun Ji-yu (played by Park Seo-kyung). She used her power to cover up the incident for Ji-yu, who was falsely accused of school violence, but soon revealed her ruthless nature by threatening Soo-yeon with a condition of agreeing to a divorce. Just as Jeong-yeon had coldly pushed Soo-yeon during the past Haseong city congressional primary with the words "you have nothing in this family," she pressured her again this time, and Soo-yeon ultimately accepted the divorce and fell into crisis. Doyu vividly portrayed the irreparable relationship between the two women, raising anticipation for the story to come.
