Singer and broadcaster Lee Ji-hye could not hide her worry over her daughter Taeri's unexplained high fever.
In a video posted on the YouTube channel Mipjiannheun Gwanjong Unni on the 2nd, the daily life titled "Lee Ji-hye family put on alert as daughter Taeri has an unexplained high fever" was shown.
In the video, Lee Ji-hye fretted over Taeri's fever, which had continued for four days. She said, "Why won't the fever go down? We've been to three different hospitals, but they said it's not COVID-19," expressing her frustration.
Lee Ji-hye stayed by her child's side, gave fever medicine and checked her temperature, but with a fever that would not drop below the high 38s she even postponed going to work, showing a touching maternal concern. "This is the first time while raising two children that a fever has lasted this long. Within what I know, we couldn't find a cause. I'm so scared," she confessed her anxious feelings.
Fortunately, Taeri's fever showed signs of stabilizing the next day, and Lee Ji-hye let out a sigh of relief. But to comfort his wife, who was exhausted from days of nursing and working, husband Moon Jae-wan offered a ginseng gift he had prepared himself. "I bought it because my wife seemed so worn out.
