Actor Kim Hee-seon has lost her mother.
According to the broadcasting community, Kim Hee-seon's mother, Park Bok-soon, died on the 2nd. She was 86.
Kim Hee-seon is keeping watch over the funeral altar with her family and receiving mourners in sorrow. Kim Hee-seon's husband, Park Joo-young, and daughter, Yeon-ah, were also listed as chief mourners.
The funeral altar was set up in Room 30 of Asan Medical Center's funeral hall in Seoul. The funeral procession will take place at 4:40 a.m. on the 4th, and the burial site is Seoul Memorial Park.
Kim Hee-seon previously lost her father in 2018.
Meanwhile, Kim Hee-seon has often shown special affection for her mother through broadcasts.
In the TV Chosun program "Sikgaek Heo Young-man's Baekban Journey," which aired in 2021, she said, "I'm an only daughter and my mother had me a little late," and said of her mother, "I think she avoided ugly things because she wanted a pretty child."
