"Secretary Team" is a real road talk show in which Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu transform into "one-day managers" and provide close care for a star's day. "The picky caretaker" Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu are expected to disarm stars and offer glimpses of their unvarnished selves that would never be seen unless they were managers, raising expectations.
Lee Seo-jin, a representative "multi-secretary" in the entertainment industry, majored in business at New York University, served as a Deputy Minister at an asset management company, holds a water sports boating license, and in addition to his dazzling credentials, he also has the finely tuned empathy of a 26-year veteran actor. Lee Seo-jin has already been recognized as a "care craftsman" through travel variety shows, so attention is already focused on the detailed care he will show on this "Secretary Team."

Lee Seo-jin said, 선우용여 선배님 빼고는 제가 잘 모르는 분들이었다. 이수지의 부캐를 전혀 알지 못했는데 부캐를 보면서 너무 부담스럽고 감당하기 힘들었다. 안은진, 장기용 같은 젊은 친구들은 나도 젊었을 때 저랬지 싶었다. 드라마 촬영장도 가니 내 과거를 돌아보게 됐다. 엄지원은 처음 봤는데 나이가 있는데도 불구하고 텐션이 좋고 러블리한 부분도 많았다. 선우용여 선생님은 평소와 똑같은데 김광규를 많이 혼내고 나를 너무 예뻐해서 그 부분이 좋았다.
