Comedian Park Na-rae summoned her ex-boyfriend.
On the 1st, a video titled "Chuseok special | ???: "What kind of combination is this?" | Assorted jeon 5 types, mom's donggeurangttaeng recipe, Song Ga-in live, meeting square" was uploaded to the "Naraesik" YouTube channel.
On that day, Park Na-rae set out to fry 10 servings of five types of assorted jeon to welcome a record number of guests. Then, as the last guests, Kani and SHINee's Key visited, and Key introduced them to each other saying, "This is Kani, this is Narae."
In response, Kani said, "I know you," adding, "I've seen you a lot. On Home Alone," and Park Na-rae said, "I really enjoyed it too and I watched Kani's YouTube. Drinking soju with her husband and things like that. I told my husband not to drink soju," she said.
Then Kani sighed, "Oh my, really. My husband really loves drinking," and Key confessed, "It can't be helped. I like drinking too." Kani complained, "When you and my husband meet it's a soju party."
Hearing the conversation, Park Na-rae told Kani, who mixes Korean and English, "I've heard your Korean has improved a lot," and Key said, "I understand everything." Kadi also said, "It's fine. I'm studying really hard these days." Then Key joked, "My mother-in-law is Korean, so of course I understand," drawing laughter.
Kani asked, "How should I speak, Narae unni?" and when Park Na-rae agreed, she decided on the form of address, "Okay, Narae unni." Key asked, "How old is nuna? Nuna is born in '85, right?" and Kani replied, "She's one year younger than you."
While frying the jeon, Park Na-rae said, "Since you're here, help yourself to the sikhye," and asked, "Is that sikhye?" Kani said, "I know it," but confessed, "I've never tried it before."
Park Na-rae explained, "It's rice water," and Key burst out laughing, asking, "Can't you call it juice?" Park Na-rae awkwardly said, "Calling it rice water sounds a bit odd," and Kani expressed curiosity, "I'm curious. Then how is your English, Narae unni?"
Hearing this, Park Na-rae surprised the audience by summoning her ex-boyfriend from New York, saying, "My ex-boyfriend New York. NY boyfriend," referring to a New York native. Key, who laughed loudly, said, "That's why nuna can speak English. So you can speak in English. She can understand," saying Park Na-rae's English skills improved thanks to her American ex-boyfriend.
