"This is a review article written after watching the broadcast."
Song Eun-i confessed to a peculiar resignation jinx at her company.
On the 1st, the MBC variety show Radio Star aired a special titled "Golden Eun-i's kids," featuring Song Eun-i, Bong Tae-gyu, Ok Ja-yeon, Park So-ra and Hwang Jung-hye, who showcased their wit.
As a 10-year CEO running a company, Song Eun-i said she currently leads 21 artists and 53 employees. He said, "When someone becomes a full-time employee, I provide reimbursement insurance. Before they appear on a show I sometimes tell them about good restaurants, and if there's a good restaurant near a business trip location I pay in advance and call to tell them 'take your parents and eat there,'" explaining her welfare philosophy.
She added, "For employees who arrive early, I give dollar vacation pay on a first-come, first-served basis, and fruits or gifts are distributed by a lucky draw in the group chat."
But she revealed an unexpected jinx. Song Eun-i said, "The turnover rate isn't high, but whenever someone goes on a trip with me they always end up quitting. Even though I pay for good restaurants and for gas, it's the same," she said, expressing her grievance and drawing laughter.
She added, "Once, at a recording venue, an employee met a celebrity they liked and I got an autograph for them, and that employee eventually left the company," which added to the surprise.
Stories about her affiliated artists were also revealed. Song Eun-i said, "Jo Hye-ryun, who starts projects like a bulldozer and even schedules things herself, is a member who requires a lot of attention," and conversely, "Choi Kang-hee, who mainly works on radio and handles her schedule by herself, hardly needs any attention. I want to respect her," she said.
