Comedian Song Eun-yi worried about the resignation rate as the company CEO.
On the Jan. 1 broadcast of MBC entertainment show Radio Star, the so-called Song Eun-yi team appeared. Actors Bong Tae-gyu and Ok Ja-yeon said they signed with Song Eun-yi because of a special actor-like feeling, and as more actors were recruited, they felt strange, causing Song Eun-yi to hang her head low.
Kim Gu-ra asked about the welfare benefits at Song Eun-yi's company. Song Eun-yi said, "We prepay at nearby restaurants and tell staff to go eat there with their families. We also give vacation allowances." Kim Gu-ra then asked, "Do a lot of people resign?"
Song Eun-yi said hesitantly, "The resignation rate isn't high, but there's a jinx. For example, when I go on a trip with someone, they resign afterward." Kim Gu-ra said, "Maybe you show them your true colors," which embarrassed Song Eun-yi.
Song Eun-yi said with amusement, "Also, there are many female employees who stick pictures of the celebrities they like on their desks. If I get those celebrities' autographs for them, they resign. There are fans of Kang Daniel, NCT, BTOB, and others."
