The group WJSN member Subin showcased a deeper charm through a pictorial.
Pop culture magazine Rolling Stone Korea released the pictorial and interview with Subin on the 30th of last month.
In the photos, Subin displayed a lovely charm with a bright sky-toned layered styling. With her characteristic deep gaze and natural poses, she completed a classic yet romantic mood, prompting a hot response from global fans.
In another cut, Subin completed a fall-inspired look by pairing a check-pattern dress with long boots. Through a stylish pictorial that blends trendiness and elegance, she once again proved her true worth as a "pictorial artisan."
In the interview after the shoot, the conversation turned to the musical Burn the Witch, which is set to close on the 12th. Subin plays the role of "Love," a top star who receives public attention and affection but at the same time faces public attacks, and she is giving a passionate performance.
When asked about her days as a musical actress, Subin said, "I'm so happy that I look forward to the days I go on stage. There are difficult moments until a production is mounted, but after going through that process, every day is enjoyable. I feel something new each time, and I receive good energy by breathing with the audience," adding, "I get nervous, but even that is a source of vitality and motivation."
Asked what particularly attracted her to the musical Burn the Witch, she replied, "The script was fun. The message it conveys isn't light, but it unfurls it pleasantly, which made it appealing." She also said the reason she chose the work was, "'Love' reminded me a lot of my teens and twenties. I was pitiable, fearful and anxious in those days, and I was more drawn to 'Love' because she resembled that version of me."
When asked about the separate charms of being an idol and a musical actress, Subin said, "Both are very attractive jobs," adding, "Idol activities are enjoyable because I can communicate directly with fans. In musicals, you can feel the audience's emotions in another way, which is appealing." To her younger self, she exclaimed her characteristic positive energy with, "Do what you start so you have no regrets!"
