Lee Jang-woo attended a fishery blessing ceremony.
The first episode of MBC's Si-gol Ma-eul Lee Jang-woo 2, which aired on Sept. 30, depicted Lee Jang-woo visiting Gyodongdo in Ganghwa.
That day, Lee Jang-woo teamed up with a captain he met on Gyodongdo to make salted shrimp. Afterwards, Lee Jang-woo sat across from the captain and talked. Seeing the captain's large hands, Lee Jang-woo trembled and drew laughs.
Lee Jang-woo was invited by the captain to attend the fishery blessing ceremony, which the captain said would have 200 attendees. Lee Jang-woo said his birthday was June 1, but after the captain's persistent suggestion he eventually agreed.
Finally, the day of the fishery blessing arrived. Upon arriving at the venue, Lee Jang-woo greeted people politely. When the captain said he should help with the food, Lee Jang-woo moved busily. He set about making 200 servings of shrimp tempura. After tasting the shrimp tempura Lee Jang-woo made, the captain raised his thumb in approval.
After finishing the cooking, Lee Jang-woo boarded a boat to join the fishery blessing. Lee Jang-woo also said he prayed together for a full catch. Lee Jang-woo said, "You eat, you hold the event, you party, and you really grow closer. Whenever things like this happen, it would be nice to do them together often."
