"You Quiz on the Block" comedian Kim Won-hoon recalled a dark period in his life.
On the 1st, KBS 30th cohort comedian Kim Won-hoon appeared on tvN's "You Quiz on the Block" (hereafter "You Quiz"). In the short-form era, Kim Won-hoon, who pioneered a new era as a comedian, has recently become a notable comedian by exchanging candid talk with various guests.
Kim Won-hoon said, "I debuted in 2015 and only had two corners. So I felt I had no talent. I thought I had done it for nothing. I wondered if I hadn't wasted that time and had done something else, would I have succeeded there?" Kim Won-hoon added cautiously, "I quit comedy and did recreation. But after it was canceled, I had nothing to do overnight. It was really bleak."
Kim Won-hoon said, "Depression came. There was a period when I stayed only at home. For about three to four months I drew the curtains and only played games." He said, "Later I learned that my mother felt awkward if my car was in the underground parking. She said she worried because she thought I might feel burdened or uncomfortable, or that I might be signaling to my parents by doing nothing, so she was very concerned."
He surprised everyone by saying that Jo Jin-se reached out his hand and helped him return through YouTube.
