The team "When you hang it on the ear, it's an earring" — Kang Han-min and Kwon Hyeong-sun — who won the grand prize at the '2025 National Museum makeup contest' visit 'You Quiz.' The two, who drew massive attention by embodying Treasure No. 2001, the "Gyeongju Hwangodong gold earring," are expected to heat up the scene with an unusually artifact-like appearance. The main body hidden beneath the thick gold costume will be revealed on broadcast for the first time, raising expectations. The behind-the-scenes story of making the costume, completed over 10 days with total material costs of 128,320 won, will be shown, along with why they chose an earring from among many artifacts and the behind-the-scenes story of how the left and right earrings were created. Along with the know-how that earned them the grand prize for the "Buddha in thought" work, the quirky and delightful banter of the two cousins will add laughter. The award scene of the makeup contest, which drew 6,000 spectators and intensified the excitement, can also be seen in that day's broadcast.
The story of Chinese cuisine master Lu Ching Lai, who marks his 50th year in the industry, also draws interest. Lu, who expanded beyond Korea to the global stage, will recount a Chinese cuisine life full of twists and turns behind a brilliant career. His family history, from losing his father at age 5 and falling into despair, to stepping into the unfamiliar world of Chinese cooking at 15 and eventually embracing being a Chinese chef as his calling, will be revealed. Belonging to the Hong Boseok faction, one of the four major schools of Chinese cuisine, and the story of how he became known as the "legendary knife master" will be told, as will his secret notebook he wrote while bleeding from both nostrils until dawn every day. Chef Yeom Min, Lu's son, who followed in his father's footsteps in Chinese cuisine, will appear in the studio to add interest with various behind-the-scenes stories from working with his father. He will candidly share the secret of how he, who dreamed of being an actor as a trainee, passed the KBS open audition that selects only 8 out of 1,400 applicants on his first try, and the behind-the-scenes of his long and difficult unknown years. He will also reveal the hidden story of how he overcame a period of depression when he stayed home for three to four months to become the star of 'Shortbox,' which has accumulated 1.2 billion views, and a trending variety star. Cho Sae-ho's teasing question, "Did you spray some hair fiber?" and Kim Won-hoon's embarrassed reaction will add curiosity. From the fiery talk just before the end of recording — "Can't we do 30 more minutes?" — to the pleasant meeting with trending Kim Won-hoon, the encounter will be revealed in that day's broadcast.
