Lee Jun-young apologized for the 'major mishap' that occurred during a video fan meeting.
Recently, a video of a fan-recorded video call fan meeting with Lee Jun-young was shared on online communities and drew attention.
In the video, when a fan asked Lee Jun-young, "Are you okay? Are you ugly?" the fan corrected them, saying, "No, the sentence is, 'When you see you're ugly, you throw up.'"
Lee Jun-young responded, "Ah, I get it," but then, while realizing it, he again began to say, "Are you okay? Are you ugly?" which provoked laughter.
Afterward, the video circulated on social media and became an issue, and eventually the fan involved appeared in the comments to explain.
The fan explained, "I wrote the lines on paper and showed the comment, but the line breaks happened to be written as, 'Are you okay? Are you ugly / When you see you're ugly you throw up / Oppa look now it's okay, right?' so (Lee Jun-young) read only the first line. After that he delivered the line properly and told me not to misunderstand."
Lee Jun-young replied to the fan's comment and apologized again, saying, "I'm really sorry once more," adding to the laughter.
