Actor Lee Da Hae complained about the hardships of a busy life.
Lee Da Hae said on her personal channel on the 30th, "Going back and forth between Korea and China and living in a whirlwind.. it's not easy to regulate my condition. Maybe because my immunity has dropped, allergies have flared up, and as the quality of my sleep worsened, my skin quickly deteriorated. So I really can't avoid getting treatments," saying she has recently had problems with stamina and health.
She added, "Many people ask which dermatology clinic I go to, but I have many fixed shoots so I mainly get treatments and procedures that have little or no downtime."
Lee Da Hae said, "Besides, why do women have so many things to do? Housework, outside work, plus skin, nails, scalp, body, health care.. and then caring for my husband, who needs the most attention. At this point I feel like I might lose my mental health from all the caring," expressing fatigue at the overflowing tasks.
Lee Da Hae added, "These days I'm trying to learn 'emptying out' rather than 'filling up.' Sometimes you have to give yourself a break and practice worrying less."
Meanwhile, Lee Da Hae married Se7en in 2023 after eight years of a public relationship.<
