Jung Il-woo and Jung In-sun have become perfect business partners.
On the 28th, episode 16 of the KBS 2TV weekend drama "Our Golden Days" (directed by Kim Hyung-seok, written by So Hyun-kyung) showed Lee Ji-hyeok (played by Jung Il-woo) and Ji Eun-o (played by Jung In-sun) starting a partnership. That broadcast recorded a viewership rating of 15.9% (Nielsen Korea, nationwide households). Ji-hyeok began to sprout genuine romantic feelings, leading to an exciting development as he was swept up in emotions he did not even recognize.
In that episode, Ji-hyeok returned home and shared a meal with his family in a warm, harmonious atmosphere. Lee Sang-cheol (played by Cheon Ho-jin), who returned home unaware of this, treated Ji-hyeok with the same sharp attitude, and Ji-hyeok calmly pushed back, so the distance in their relationship remained hard to close.
Eun-o wanted to take on a turnkey single-family dwelling project but was troubled when she ran into a client's woefully insufficient budget. Ji-hyeok gave her a blunt piece of advice about accepting a loss, and a heartbroken Eun-o went outside, ran into Sang-cheol by chance, and shared her feelings over drinks.
Worried that Eun-o had not returned late into the night, Ji-hyeok went out into the streets to look for her, and Park Sung-jae (played by Yoon Hyun-min), who heard the same news, joined in the search for Eun-o. When Ji-hyeok finally found Eun-o and Sung-jae calmly talking together, he felt relief but also an inexplicable jealousy, and Sung-jae delivered a pointed remark to Ji-hyeok—"Why do you think I have to tell you everything?"—sparking a tense standoff.
Meanwhile, unable to contain his curiosity, Ji-hyeok secretly followed Eun-o, Sung-jae and Oh Soo-jeong (played by Im Young-joo). But when he discovered the place they had gone was merely an internet cafe, he felt both deflated and conflicted.
Meanwhile, Lee Soo-bin (played by Shin Soo-hyun) briefly took a job as a store manager with Sung-jae's help to get closer to a man she found through a matchmaking service. Sung-jae was pleased to see Soo-bin working more diligently than expected. In the meantime, Sang-cheol finally took the written exam he had been preparing for and embarked on a new challenge.
Having newly leased an office, Ji-hyeok and Eun-o visited Jung Hyun-soo (played by Kim Young-a) to inform her of their partnership and that they could no longer continue club activities. Ji-hyeok then explained the office relocation plans and offered his thanks, and Eun-o felt an inexplicable welling of emotion.
At the end of the broadcast, Go Seong-hee (played by Lee Tae-ran) suddenly visited Eun-o, mentioned a broken glass craft that appeared in her dream, and expressed concern for her well-being. Seong-hee then suggested they get a health checkup together. Eun-o eventually accepted the offer, but lingering tension about Seong-hee's motives continued to pique viewers' curiosity.
