Lee Chae-min made a heartfelt confession to Im Yoon-a.
On the 27th episode of the tvN weekend drama Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, episode 11, Lee Heon (Lee Chae-min) is shown confessing to Yeon Ji-young (Im Yoon-a).
Lee Heon confessed to Yeon Ji-young, "Be my partner. I will make rice mixed by hand for you every morning." The two shared a kiss, but Yeon Ji-young quickly pulled away, saying, "I'm sorry."
Then Lee Heon asked, "Do you hate me that much?" and Yeon Ji-young replied, "I am someone who must leave." Lee Heon asked if that wasn't something that could be fixed by not leaving, and Yeon Ji-young answered, "I'm not a person of this era, so it's not such a simple matter."
Yeon Ji-young also replied honestly, "I have to go back. In the place where I lived there is my one and only father and the work I have devoted my life to. I don't have the confidence to abandon that and live a new life. I'm not sure it's right for me to remain in this era to that extent."
Lee Heon said, "I understand. Promise me one thing. Promise you'll come back to my side as suddenly as you came here one day," and when Yeon Ji-young said what if she wanted to return but couldn't, Lee Heon said, "Then I'll find you somehow."
Yeon Ji-young said, "I'll just come back. But promise me one thing. That you won't be a tyrant then," and inwardly prayed, "Please don't smile like that. So that I can leave again having forgotten you. So that this fierce wind blowing in my heart will calm down."
And the two embraced tightly again. Lee Heon said, "I'll wait. If it's you, you will surely be able to come back."<
