Singer and actor Park Yoo-chun, who was ordered to pay damages again in the second trial in a legal dispute with his former agency, directly shared an update from Japan.
According to the legal community on the 27th, the Seoul High Court Civil Division 8-1 ruled in the damages appeal filed by management company Have Fun Together against Park Yoo-chun and his former agency Riciello that "Park Yoo-chun and Riciello shall jointly pay 500 million won and interest for delay." The compensation ruling handed down in the first trial was upheld.
Meanwhile, on the 26th Park Yoo-chun posted on his personal social media, "Suddenly feeling refreshed," along with recent photos.
In the photos, Park Yoo-chun is smiling brightly while holding a birthday cake wearing a black beanie and shirt, or spending a pleasant time video calling with an acquaintance. His bright smile, the tattoos on his arm, and thinning hair were captured and drew attention.
Meanwhile, after receiving a suspended sentence in 2019 on charges of methamphetamine use, Park Yoo-chun reversed his retirement announcement and has continued his singing activities in Japan.
He recently released the mini album "Metro Love" and has expanded his activities by appearing on local music variety programs. However, this damages ruling has once again placed him at the center of controversy.
